5 ply Shetland yarn is the newest yarn from Jamieson and Smith. It is a worsted-spun, 100% Real Shetland Wool, plied Sport Weight yarn.  It's perfect for knitting Ganseys and Fair Isle garments and accessories. The 5ply Shetland Yarn takes inspiration from the colors in the Shetland landscape and maritime heritage. It is available in 20 shades, using two bases - 13 shades are dyed on the White base and 5 of the same shades are overdyed on the Natural Grey base, these are the 'Twilight' shades.
