This year's Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival colorway was inspired by a nearby cornfield where it has snowed a bit and the corn was not yet harvested. The shimmering ice particles just danced in the sunlight with a bright blue sky behind and puffy clouds. It was just beautiful and I immediately saw yarn colors. Kelly did a beautiful job interpreting my photo.
